Terms and Conditions for AFK TV Player

1. Introduction

Welcome to AFK TV Player, a media player application provided by AFK TV Player (โTECH SMARTERS,โ โwe,โ โus,โ or โourโ). By downloading, installing, or using AFK TV Player (โthe Appโ), you (โUser,โ โyou,โ or โyourโ) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (โTermsโ).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

2.2 No Pre-Installed Content, Add-ons, or Integrations
โข Neither the free nor paid versions of AFK TV Player come with any pre-installed content, add-ons, or third-party integrations.
โข AFK TV Player does not provide media content in any scenario.
โข We do not offer, endorse, or support any third-party sources, IPTV services, or content providers.
2.3 User Responsibilities
โข Users must only use legally acquired content with the App.
โข Users must not use AFK TV Player to access, stream, or distribute unauthorized copyrighted content.
โข Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the App complies with all applicable copyright laws and licensing agreements in India.
2.4 No Association with Third-Party Content Providers
โข AFK TV Player is not affiliated with, does not endorse, and does not have control over any third-party content providers or IPTV services.
โข AFK TV Player does not recommend, verify, or monitor any content that users may access through the App.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Ownership
โข All intellectual property rights in the Appโincluding but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and design elementsโare owned by AFK TV Player or its licensors and protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
3.2 Restrictions
โข Users must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the App.
โข Users must not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App unless expressly permitted by law.
4. No Tolerance for Unauthorized Streaming & Security Compliance
4.1 Prohibited Activities
AFK TV Player strictly prohibits the following:
โข Unauthorized streaming or access to copyrighted material.
โข Distribution of illegal content using the App.
โข Using the App to circumvent security measures of streaming services or IPTV providers.
4.2 Security Measures
โข Users must not attempt to bypass any security features of the App.
โข Users must not use AFK TV Player to decrypt or intercept protected media streams.
5. Compliance with Global Copyright Laws
By using AFK TV Player, users acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their content choices. Users must comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws, including but not limited to:
